“Art of Eight limbs”

Muay Thai is a combat sport that originated from Thailand. It follows a discipline that uses knees, elbows, fists, and shins, alongside clinching and sweeping techniques.

So how is it different from Kickboxing?

Kickboxing is a broad category of sports that use a 4-point striking system (punches and kicks). Muay Thai utilises the 8-point striking system (punches, kicks, knees and elbows) as well as the clinch. Kickboxing acts as an umbrella under which Muay Thai is present.

Our instructors combine both disciplines to give us a wide range of knowledge and more inclusive training sessions.
