Summary of reopening guidelines (last updated 22/11/2020)
Step 1 - Before coming to our session
Ensure that you do not have any symptoms of COVID-19
There will be a booking form link (contact-tracing form page) will be provided on the Sunday night for the following week sessions
Members must have filled in the form for that week to be allowed in the Games Hall
To book a session sign up on our Google Form posted onto our FaceBook page. (Further booking information is in the booking form)
There will be new link every week
Try to arrive within 15 mins of the session starting time.
Step 2 - Session protocol
Refer to the guidelines set out by Table Tennis Victoria (TTV)
All participants must sanitise their hands at the commencement and conclusion of the session
All participants must bring a towel to the session
Participants must not leave session and return unless for valid reasons (e.g. going to toilet)
Face mask must be worn when participants are not playing/training
Singles play only. No doubles play is allowed.
No spectators are allowed at our sessions except for parent or carer, and administrators who are not playing
Balls should be sanitized before and after the session by the players themselves
Use the bins provided to discard any rubbish
Step 3 - Pack up and Exiting the session
Playing will end 15 minutes before the closing of the session to allow for packing up/cleaning
All tables and net posts are to be sanitized prior to packing up
Promptly leave the Games Hall once the session has concluded
Participants who leave before the official end time of the session must sign out at the front desk
