Summary of reopening guidelines (last updated 22/11/2020)

 

Step 1 - Before coming to our session

  • Ensure that you do not have  any symptoms of COVID-19

  • There will be a booking form link (contact-tracing form page) will be provided on the Sunday night for the following week sessions

  • Members must have filled in the form for that week to be allowed in the Games Hall

  • To book a session sign up on our Google Form posted onto our FaceBook page. (Further booking information is in the booking form) 

    • There will be new link every week 

  • Try to arrive within 15 mins of the session starting time. 

 

Step 2 - Session protocol 

Refer to the guidelines set out by Table Tennis Victoria (TTV) 



In addition to these guidelines:
  • All participants must sanitise their hands at the commencement and conclusion of the session

  • All participants must bring a towel to the session

  • Participants must not leave session and return unless for valid reasons (e.g. going to toilet) 

  • Face mask must be worn when participants are not playing/training

  • Singles play only. No doubles play is allowed.

  • No spectators are allowed at our sessions except for parent or carer, and administrators who are not playing

  • Balls should be sanitized before and after the session by the players themselves

  • Use the bins provided to discard any rubbish

 

Step 3 - Pack up and Exiting the session

 
  • Playing will end 15 minutes before the closing of the session to allow for packing up/cleaning

  • All tables and net posts are to be sanitized prior to packing up

  • Promptly leave the Games Hall once the session has concluded 

  • Participants who leave before the official end time of the session must sign out at the front desk
