Training Dates

Training is run throughout both semesters of the Monash University academic year. As well as this, there are additional trainings during the midyear (winter) holidays, and in February (summer) before the return of the university classes.

Anyone interested in joining is given 3 free trial sessions during regular training periods before committing to a full membership.


Training Times

Trainings are run regularly four times each week, and the times have been chosen so that even the busiest members should be able to conveniently attend at least some of these sessions.

Mondays (General Fitness - Committee):
Trainings are held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at 
Monash Clayton.

Wednesdays (Basics/Poomsae - Alice Song):

Trainings are held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Monash Clayton.

Fridays (Sparring - Kim Sabeomnim):
Trainings are held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at 
Monash Caulfield.

Sundays (Sparring - Kim Sabeomnim):
Trainings are held from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at 
Monash Clayton.
 - Beginner class (3:00 - 4:30pm)
 - Advanced class (4:30 - 6:00pm)
