WEDNESDAY -  SOCIAL SESSIONS

Come join us for our Wednesday training sessions:

  • When: Wednesdays, 4pm - 6pm (during semesters 1 & 2)
  • Where: Monash Sport Clayton, Synthetic soccer pitch #1
  • What to bring: Sports clothes, Sports shoes or cleets/studs, water bottle

Our Wednesday training is all about having fun and playing games. It's a social session that's designed for anyone to rock up to and enjoy, regardless of their experience level. If you've never even heard of ultimate before, don't worry! Our Wednesday training is a relaxed, friendly environment that introduces people to ultimate. Come along and join in on the fun!



 


 

FRIDAY - FUNDAMENTALS

Join us for our Friday trainings:

  • When: Fridays, 4pm - 6pm (during semesters 1 & 2)
  • Where: Monash Sport Clayton, Synthetic soccer pitch #1
  • What to bring: Athletic clothing, Sports shoes (cleets/studs recommended), water bottle, a frisbee

These sessions are dedicated to improving your ultimate frisbee skills and developing your athletic abilities. Our Friday trainings have a more athletic focus than other trainings, and are targeted to all levels of players. If you want to play ultimate in a more competitive environment, improve your ultimate skills, or just increase your fitness, then come down to our Friday trainings. Even if you are brand new, but want to play more ultimate, we highly recommend you come to Fridays.

 


 

COMPETITIVE GAMES TRAININGS

We coordinate teams that participate in a range of tournaments and competitions throughout the year. If you're interested in playing or training competitively, you can try out for one of our teams. We offer teams at different levels of competition, from beginner to advanced. Our teams compete in events such as:

  • Albert Park League (APL)
  • University Mixed Ultimate Championships (UMUC)
  • University Nationals (UniNats)
  • Victorian & Australian Mixed Ultimate Championships (VMUC & AMUC)
