The whole sky is your engine!

Flying through the air in an aeroplane without an engine sounds pretty scary, right? But the sport of gliding may actually surprise you!
Many pilots like to fly motorless aeroplanes called gliders. It is the ultimate solar powered aviation; it is less costly and most importantly, a whole lot of fun!

The sport of gliding offers an inexpensive and thrilling way to become a pilot. And who should know better than Neil Armstrong, the person who walked on the moon and Capt "Sully" Sullenberg, the person who landed on the Hudson River in New York. Both flew gliders and they describe gliding as the ultimate free-flying experience.
