    Jiu-Jitsu Club

The Club is running a Beginner Course from Orientation through the first couple of weeks of March. For $30 you get 3x classes, with the classes themselves focused on teaching the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and providing an overview of our syllabus. This is a great option if you aren't sure about joining as a member and just want to give Jiu Jitsu a go to see if you like it.

During the course you will learn:

  • Break falling (learning to fall safely)
  • Throwing techniques
  • Arresting techniques
  • Groundwork techniques
  • Self defence

All training equipment provided. Just come in tracksuit pants/leggins and a comy t-shirt.
