At Monash University, we appreciate how difficult it is to combine elite and high performance ambitions with an academic workload.

Monash University's Elite Student Performer Scheme operates across Monash Campuses and assists you to undertake higher education while continuing to train and participate in a sport or performing art discipline at an elite level.

The program offers support in many areas including course advice, faculty support, access to University sporting facilities and, in some cases, financial support. The Scheme is coordinated by Team MONASH. To continue to be eligible for the Scheme, you must be:

  • Competing/performing regularly in your sport or discipline at the National or International level. (Please note, some sport specific state leagues do also qualify); and
  • A commencing or continuing undergraduate or postgraduate student enrolled at a Monash campus, including Monash College.

To apply as a returning member, please complete and submit this form with the most UPDATED information regarding your circumstances.

Acceptance in the Scheme is not guaranteed for returning members and will be assessed upon your achievements for 2021 and upcoming events for 2022.

Once your application has been assessed, you will be contacted by Team MONASH with more information.

** Please note: During peak times (Orientation Week, Beginning of Semester, Easter & Christmas
breaks) assessments may take up to 3 weeks.
