The 2024 Monash Club Awards, held at the elegant Leonda by the Yarra, once again drew a large turnout, celebrating the dedication and achievements of our clubs over the past year.

Clubs are essential to student life, fostering lifelong friendships, skill development, and personal growth. The evening recognised the exceptional contributions of Monash clubs, including those under the Monash Student Association (MSA) and Team Monash Sporting Clubs, which have tirelessly provided diverse opportunities, from Surfing to Kendo.

Among the highlights, the Monash Badminton Club (Clayton) was thrilled to receive the 'Most Popular Sporting Club of the Year' award. Vice President Amy remarked on the privilege of sharing the evening with inspiring club leaders, noting the event as a memorable celebration of collective achievements.

Amy, who is also the Vice president of the Monash Badminton Club, said “It was a privilege to be sitting amongst the most inspiring and dedicated Club Leaders and Committee to celebrate wonderful achievements together.”

The Monash Clubs Awards Night was definitely a night to remember, with the ladies dressed to the nines and the men looking dapper in their suits.”
