Come join Team Monash!
Varsity Cross Country gives you the unique opportunity to compete for Team Monash against other universities around Australia.
It provides a great opportunity to compete alongside fellow Monash students, have a blast and improve your skills.
If you are currently training or competing, we would love to have you on this year's Varsity Cross Country Team!
Each year our team competes against other Universities nationally at renowned events such as Big Blue Exhibition matches and UniSport Nationals. We would like to congratulate all athletes who represented Monash in 2024!
Competition dates for 2025 are as follows:
UniSport Nationals Cross Country 2025
Date: 23-24th August
Location: Ballarat, VIC
UniSport Cross Country Championships will be contested in the following events. Please note there are minimum entry standards outlined by Athletics Australia.
Open Men (10km): 40 minutes
Open Women (10km): 42 minutes
U20 Men (8km): 32 minutes
U20 Women (6km): 25 minutes
- Mixed Team Relay
- The relay will consist of 2 men and 2 women each running one loop of the course. The order is Male, Female, Male, Female.
