Dominic Bui
Classes: Open Street Choreography, Open Hip Hop
Dom is a Melbourne-born dancer, passionate about exchanging with and contributing to the lively dance community of the city. Having started his dance journey over ten years ago, he is constantly training and honing his craft in choreography and hip hop dance. Currently, Dom is a co-director of Melbourne-based crew, PDHT, and is also a member of Burncity Area Squad (BAS), a collective of some of the city’s most exciting dance artists and creatives.
Dawn Lennon
Classes: Open Ballroom
Current owner of the Collin’s Dance Centre, Dawn started learning dance back in 1954, including Classical, Jazz, Ballet and Tap. Since then, she had competed in various competitions including South Street, having won 3 Victorian and 2 Australian Titles in “Exhibition Style” dance. She also toured with the studio internationally for dance demonstrations and lessons in the 1970s. She had performed in stage shows, television presentations, Moomba parades and even was able to be a part of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1956 Olympics.
Ludmilla Wulandari
Classes: Open Bachata, Open Salsa
Ludmilla is a professional dancer, mainly in street Latin - salsa, bachata, cha-cha and more. She also loves hip hop and her home traditional dances of Indonesia. Ludmilla has been teaching for the past 6 years all around Melbourne - in schools, universities, charity events and private events. She also travels to teach workshops and perform at local Latin events, interstate and also overseas.
Ludmilla, alongside her partner and team, started competing nationally in 2013 in some of the most prestigious competitions in Australia. Since then, she has placed in many divisions and become an Australian champion.
Vanessa Northcott
Classes: Open Jazz, Open Lyrical
Vanessa is a professional dance artist and freelance choreographer from Melbourne, currently a SCIMM Dance Company Member since 2019.
In 2018, Vanessa was a cohort member at Tr.IPP (Transit International Professional Pathway) directed by Israel Aloni. Vanessa was an original cast member of 'Colossus' by Stephanie Lake where she performed at The Arts Centre in both 2018 and 2019; one of her most enjoyable performance experiences to date.
Vanessa trained at Patrick Studios Australia for Elite and Full Time studies (2012-2015), and graduated from Transit Dance Pre-Professinal Contemporary Pathway in 2016.
Patti Chibi
Class: Open Commercial
Patti Chibi is a dance teacher, choreographer and a leader of Serenity Dance Crew. Patti started her dance career in 2017. She is a multi-style dancer; hiphop, commercial, heels and choreography. She has been dancing for over 10 years with 4 years teaching experience. She has trained locally and internationally throughout her dance journey.
Jonas Wickham
Classes: Open Boys Kpop, Open Girls Kpop
Jonas is a dancer mainly focused in Hip hop, freestyle, choreography and Kpop. Starting classes in 2009, he has trained self taught throughout high school, competing in national competitions such as Rock Eisteddfod and the Australian Dance Festival held in Sydney, taught junior classes and is currently training with Ascendant Dance Company, aiming to keep growing and helping to inspire others to join the ever growing dance community.
Jonas' love for Kpop started in 2012 and centres mostly around 2nd/2.5 Gen Kpop which has an rnb vibe. He has performed public covers since 2018, currently part of Omni Dance Crew, he has been part of projects with Omni and other groups such as Dynasty Crew and Cypher Crew, performing various Kpop covers in public.
